Demi Grace began her music career singing back up for various rock bands in Los Angeles around 2008. Under the mentorship of Grammy nominated producers, songwriters and A&R such as Roger Ryan, Kevin Shine, Chip Days and more she wrote and self-released her first single “Want You”. “Want You” gained airplay in Brazil and Mexico in the first 8 weeks of its release and was placed in the feature film Phantom Halo!
After self-releasing her first EP I Am Fearless in July 2014, Demi signed a distribution deal with Hitman Records, a partner of Universal Music Group Canada. She gained commercial airplay in Maryland, New York and Georgia and her music is currently in rotation on several internet radio stations across the U.S. including Pandora, Spotify and Tidal. Grace also went on to perform around the US including opening for international acts such as Davido and performing at the House of Blues Sunset six months before it’s close in August 2015.
In January 2016 she landed her first commercial spot for Softsheen Carson’s Dark and Lovely brand singing the theme song for their new Fade Resist national commercial. Demi Grace’s music has also been featured in several blogs and magazines and newspapers globally.
Locally, the rising star has been reviewed by We Plug GOOD Music, Breaking Records Music Blog, Traphic Magazine, Urban Girl Magazine and many more. Internationally, Demi Grace has also been interviewed by Dubai’s leading newspaper Khaleej Times and in some of the top international Nigerian blogs such as Zen Magazine Africa, Not Just OK, Spice TV Africa and many more!
